how the first fertilizers where known :
The fertilizers was seen in many vacant lands by the early humans.. it happened because of thrown wood ash , fish remains , slaughter house waste etc ....
how did they notice the soil wealth? :
one day they noticed many grass and and other crops were grown very wealthy than the soil without the above fertilizers..
they then found it that the land was treated very well..
then the people slowly realised that the nutrients required from the plants are from the plants..
the maturity of fertilizers..
after that slowly they started manuring..
manuring was started ant the seventeenth century..
the however importance of manuring was not properly understood until scientist begin to study the nutritional needs of plants and give birth to fertilizers. the most important advantage of using manure is the fact that they not only supply a wide range of plant nutrients but also improve the structure of the soil.
the common manure used in farming consist of farmyard manure, compost,
blood meal, and fish meal..
