When microbes attack the lungs, tuberculosis may occur, which is caused by bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Its symptoms are:

{a) Cough, chest pain and blood stained sputum.

(b) Prolonged low fever that rises in the afternoon.

(ii) When virus enters the liver, jaundice may occur, which is caused by hepatitis virus.

Its symptoms are:

(a) High fever and headache.

(b) . Loss of appetite and dark yellow urine.
