I sit and ponder about the roots of most prominent achievers such as Gandhi. What I realize is that, they were just local people just like most of us, but something distinct made them different from the others, they had big aspirations.

When you dream big, your dream becomes a force for the effort you should put in to achieve your dreams. Big dreams shall make you take big milestones  applying the right amount of effort it needs.

Do not worry about your weaknesses for everyone has a flaw, but focus on your positives and build on them, follow your dream and click just the right buttons and you finally you are going to achieve your dream, however big you might see it being.
