CHARACTERISTICS OF METAPHASE::

1)attachment of spindle fibres to the kinetochorse of the chromosomes
2)moment of the chromosomes to the spindle equator they get aligned along metaphase plate and spindle fibres at the poles

CHARACTERISTICS OF ANAPHASE::
1) the chromosomes of future nuclei now move to the opposite words being centromere towards the pole
2) the chromosome split so the chromatids become separated

MITOTIC PHASE ::
it is called as M phase that represents phase when actual cell division or mitosis takes place in the 24 hours average duration of the cell cycle of human cell the cell division lasts for only about 1 hour interface last is more than 95% of duration of the cell cycle M phase begins with the nuclear division that is corresponding to separation of daughter chromosomes called as karyokinesis but ends with division of cytoplasm or the cytokinesis

CHARACTERSTICS OF METAPHASE.

1-) Metaphase is marked by the arrangement of chromosomes on the equator of spindle.

2-)Chromosome are the shortest and thickest in metaphase.

3-)Spindle fibre are attracted to the centromere of the chromosomes.

CHARACTERSTICS OF ANAPHASE.

1-)Anaphase is marked by the Migration of chromosomes towards the pole.

2-)The centromere of each chromosomes divide and the two sister chromatids now form to daughter chromosomes.

3-)The contraction of spindle fibre pulls or drags them away from the equator towards the opposite pole.

MITOTIC PHASE

It is the phase of cell division the division of cell into two daughter cells it involves two major events:

(a)division of nucleus - karyokinesis. (b)division of cytoplasm - cytokinesis.

hope it helps you out.
