Sport is something that makes anyone physically fit and mentally alert. In every sphere of life one leads who is energetic and mentally strong. Sports makes our body fit by supply more oxygen to muscles initiates blood circulation and sweat removes extra waste from the body. Anyone will try to make friends who is fit and smart now majority of guys will not go with a boy who is lazy and fat there are more many reasons but this is the main reason why sport is useful in health discipline and friendship.
