1
cot^2e-1/sin^2e
we know,
cot^2e=cos^2e/sin^2e
therefore
cos^2e/sin^2e-1/sin^2e
=cos^2e-1/sin^2e
we know,
sin^2e+cos^2e=1
sin^2e=1-cos^2e
sin^2e=-(cos^2e-1)
-sin^2e=cos^2e-1
therefore
-sin^2e/sin^2e
=-1
