Atomic No. 24 represents Cr (Chromium).
It's electronic configuration is - 1s2,2s2,2p6,3s2,3p6,4s1,3d5
as according to convention it should be 4s2,3d4 but as we know by Hund's rule of multiciplity half filled orbitals are more stable than partially filled ,hence an electron from s orbital jumps to d orbital.
for 21st place-
n= 3
l= 2
m= -2
s= +/- 1/2
