1) switch of lights nd fans whenever not required
2) use of solar energy,hydro power, geothermal power can reduce dependency on just electricity
3) use of LEDs instead of CFLs
4) switching of electrical appliances instead of keeping them at stand by mode
5) unplug all unused items
6) make use of natural lights
7) atleast celebrate anti electricity day for atleast 12 hrs
