Memory management is the process of controlling and coordinating computer memory, assigning portions called blocks to various running programs to optimize overall system performance.

- Static vs Dynamic Loading.
- ic vs Dynamic Loading.Static vs Dynamic Linking.
- Swapping.
- Memory Allocation.
- Fragmentation.
- Paging.
- Segmentation.
REQUIREMENT FOR MEMORY MANAGEMENT :-
- Memory management keeps track of the status of each memory location, whether it is allocated or free.
- Swapping the active processes in and out of the main memory enables the operating system to have a larger pool of ready-to-execute process.
