write this story in maximum 250 words.
Tammie stopped typing for a moment and lifted the electronic notebook from her lap. She placed it on the table gingerly. Closing her eyes, she stretched her arms and stifled a yawn. She had been in the cafe for the last three hours. Seeing the empty mug of coffee, she decided to get another cup of hot chocolate.

The lunch crowd was beginning to gather in the cafe. Unzipping her bag, she grabbed her wallet and headed straight for the counter.

While Tammie was waiting in line, a man in his twenties was loitering around the area on the prowl for unsuspecting victims. The moment Tammie walked away, his eyes picked out her unattended bag. Sauntering over nonchalantly, the man cast quick glances around furtively. Seeing that the coast was clear, he picked up the laptop with swiftness. Then, he moved away quickly in order not to attract any attention. It was then that Tammie turned to look at the table and saw her laptop missing. Her heart missed a beat when she managed to catch a glimpse of the snatch thief with her laptop.

"Help! Catch him!" Tammie cried at the top of her voice. When the alarm was raised, the man spun around briskly before taking to his heels. Everyone's attention was arrested by the commotion. Three young men sitting near the entrance sprang into prompt action upon the cry. Leaping to their feet, they bolted out of the cafe in hot pursuit of the snatch thief. The manager instructed his staff to call the police as he dashed off to join in the chase.

Tammie ran after the party as she continued to scream for help. In the distance, a quick-thinking man caught and held the crook in a powerful arm lock. The rest caught up and surrounded the struggling figure who was trying to break free from the man's firm grip. One of them pulled the laptop from his grasp and handed it back to the breathless Tammie who had finally caught up.

"Thank ... thank you!" Tammie managed to convey her gratitude as she bent over to catch her breath. She vowed never to be so careless with her belongings again.
