Differences between Belgium and Srilanka with respect to power sharing are:
1. Srilanka adopted the policy of majoritarianism in which Sinhala speakers dominated to Tamil speakers which were in minority. But in Belgium the leaders gave equal rights to both the communities.
2.Srilankan leaders supported only one community and ignored the demands of Tamil speakers which led to a civil war in a country. But in Belgium as both the communities Dutch and French had equal representation and thus they solved their problem of ethnic composition in a fair manner and thus the both the communities live happily in Belgium.
