Three forms of verbs are:

Infinitive, past and past participle.

Infinitive form refers to the base form of the word. When the action is in present then the infinitive form of the verb is used.

Past tense: Past tense refers to the actions happened in the past or actions which previously existed.

Past participle: To create past and present perfect tense the past participle verb is used with has/have/had. To modify pronoun or noun it is used.
