as the question is for business so I will answer from the perspective of businessman
1. Have to bear loss if the product gets damaged while delivery
2. Returning of product from the customer again register a loss which happens as the customer expect something high classy
3.Competition increase imensly as customer can see variety of option.
4. sometimes customer give low rating because of late delivery which is not in hand of seller and their average rating falls.
5. Because of some lazy/unethical delivery person they return the product and seller have to bear the loss.
