Artery:
1)carry blood away from heart to different organs of the body.
2)have thick wall.
3)valves are absent.
Veins:
1)carry deoxygenated blood from different parts of the body towards the heart.
2)thin walled
3)valves are present to ensure the back flow of the blood.
