Right Against Exploitation is one of the 6 fundamental rights given to us by Indian and other democratic countries. It is described in whole in the article 23 and 24 of Indian Constitution.
1. It prohibits all type of Human rights exploitation such as forced labour, trafficking of human resources especially women.
2. Prohibition of Child Labour - Children working under the age of 14.
