Yes , both are equally important. In my opinion black should realise their potential and power. All are equal and all can perform well. Unfortunately we internalised that white is good and black is not okay. There are several expressions in language should be replaced with new way of articulation. For eg BLACK DAY, BLACK LAW, BLACK LISTED. Even black people often argue that though we are black in body , our souls are white. So black admits white is better than black. This attitude of black also be changed.
