Given,

Denominator is = 7

To find,

Three proper fractions with the given denominator.

Solution,

We can simply solve this mathematical problem by using the following mathematical process.

Now,

According to the definition of a proper fraction, the numerator of a proper fraction is always less than its denominator.

Here, denominator = 7

So, we just need to find any three numbers which are less than 7. And, by putting those three numbers in the place of numerator and keeping 7 in the place of denominator, we will get our necessary proper fractions.

Numbers which are less than 7

= 2,3,5 (we have chosen randomly)

First proper fraction = Numerator/Denominator = ²/₇

Second proper fraction = Numerator/Denominator = ³/₇

Third proper fraction = Numerator/Denominator = ⁵/₇

(In these three fractions, numerator > denominator. And, apart from these three fractions, there are other proper fractions also, with a denominator with of 7.)

Hence, the three proper fractions are ²/₇ , ³/₇ , ⁵/₇
