3+1 =4
4×3=12
4×4=16
three rational number are 13,14,15

First rational number :-

(3+4)/2 =7/2

Second rational number :-

[(7/2) +3]/2

[(7+6)/2]/2

[(13)/2]/2

[13/4]

Third rational number :-

[7/2+4]/2

[(7+8)/2]/2

[(15)/2]/2

[15/4]
