3x+4y= 12

Let x= 4

then 4y= 12-3(4)/4

i.e y= 0

At x= 3

y= 12-3(3)/4

y= 3/4

At x= 2

y= 12-3(2)/4

y= 6/4

At x= 1

y= 12-3(1)/4

y= 9/4

At x= 0

y= 12-3(0)/4

y= 12/4= 3
