There are various physical characteristics of the body which change with the age. Along with the physical changes there occurs change in our hormonal composition also but obviously, that is not a visible characteristic.

Physical changes that occur are:

1) Change in height of a person, increase in height.

2) Change in weight of a person. The weight keeps on changing with time, at times it can increase and at others, it can decrease.

3) Secondary sexual characters at the onset of puberty, which includes the development of mammary glands or increase in the size of breasts in girls, muscular gain in boys and facial hair growth in boys too.
