You should write a story on the basis of your thinking. Suppose you have a topic "A cheat Brother ". You have first to think how any brother can cheat, then to whom he can cheat, and just start transition about that you thinks.
According to me the story can be as follows...

There was a girl who lived in Delhi. She had a father and brother in her family. She had lost her mother when she was 4 years old. There is a story about when she is of 15 years old.
(NOTE : if you have to write a story in which you are writing about yourself then it will be as follows on this topic ..)
I am of 15 years now and today I am to tell about my day in which my Brother teased me as a person_____).
Today was very happy when came to school with my terminal exams result because I got first position in my school with 96 percent but my Brother got only 56 percent and don't got any position. My cousin was came to my home as a guest on the same day and when she knew that I got first position and my brother didn't get any position, she was not out to make him tease and she said with a prouder voice " hey jagat, you are not able to study and see your sister has recieved first position"
Then my brother said for me " This girl without mother can how be compared with me. I have everything but she is an unblessed and bad girl who was even not able to save her mother." "just shut your mouth up" saying this I went to my room from the hall weeping.
He has ever not said me sorry yet. But he is bad in every ones eyes because of his cruel nature, it only satisfies me that everyone is with and suppoting me instead of my Brother jagat. But I feel sometime very sad for me and him both because I have no mother and he have no sense to talk and behave anyone instead of being my brother.
