1. Dont stay too long in the direct sun.
2. Prevent dehydration,drink water from time to time.
3.Dont eat too much oily or spicy food.Homemade food is the best.
4.Eat fruits which contain water in them...Watermelon is good choice as it contains 95% water.
5.Curd(Dahi) and Buttermilk(Chhach) or Lassi keep ur digestive system cool.
6.Keep urself clean or you might get rashes or itchings on ur skin.
7.Go for a walk in the morning if possible.
