Ms Mikhailova said rescue teams from Khabarovsk and the Kamchatka peninsula were in Neftegorsk. Russian news reports said more than 200 rescue workers, six helicopters and more than 10 airplanes participated in the rescue effort, with more teams preparing to go to the area.​
