Dear Mother
I hope you are in good health. How is Father doing? I read in the newspaper that its cold in the northern part of India. Please do take care of your health.
I thought I will write to you about an interesting personality that I have been coming across, since last few days. He works as a bus conductor in the public transport. He is a conductor with a difference. However crowded the bus, he is very polite and courteous to all passengers. Helping out the aged and disabled, without offending others. He calls out clearly the names of stops so that passengers know where to get off.
I wish there are many more like him, in our country.
I will stop for now, as it is time for dinner, at our hostel here.
