True! Distance is the actual length of the path. Distance cannot be zero because distance is the total path covered. Distance can only be zero when any object is at rest i.e for static objects it could be zero.

 \huge \mathfrak{Displacment \: Can \: Be \: Zero}

True. Displacement is the minimum length between two points. Displacement can be zero when distance is not zero.

To prove this, draw a round circle and take whole round around it and you when come back to the starting point your displacement will be zero whereas the distance will be 2πr.
