write true or false and justify your answer.if a chord AB subtends an angle of 60 at the centre of a circle then angle between the tangents at A and B is also 60

True.because the tangent and radius are in right angles. They also form a quadilateral. so angle sum property of quadilateral is 360 degree so,

90+90+60+X=360

so, X = 60

kvnmurty: correction here , when two tangents intersect there are two supplementary angles at the intersection: actually X = 120 deg. Its supplementary is 60 deg.
