When the energy is classified into renewable and non renewable, we are able to know which source of energy should be conserved to ensure its availability for the future generations.

With this classification, one even knows about different alternatives of the energy which should be used in place of particular depleting sources.

The renewable energy is available in our natural environment in the form of some continuing or repetitive currents of energy.

▶Which means that this renewable energy is always present in nature and will never get exhausted.

▶So by classifying resources into renewable and non renewable we will come to know which resources are present in nature and will not get exhausted and which are the ones which will get exhausted
