When pulling off a bandage one should pull it fast because our skin will remain at rest due to inertia and the force will pull the bandage off.
Secondly, when jumping from a car our body moves in the direction of the vehicle. When our feet hit the ground, it will act on the feet and stop moving. We will fall because the upper part of our body would not stop and we will fall in the direction in which we were were moving.
