The kingdom Plantae is divided into five main divisions: Thallophyta, Bryophyta, Pteridophyta, Gymnosperms, and Angiosperms.
The Classification depends on the following criteria:

Differentiated/ Undifferentiated plant bodyPresence /absence of vascular tissuesWith/without seedsNaked seeds/ seeds inside fruits
Thallophytes are commonly known as algae. The majority of them are aquatic. Some examples are Spirogyra, Chara, Ulothrix, etc.

firstly plants have well defined nucleus ,
cytoplasm, cell membrane which is semi permeable or selectively permeable..
body form of plants is irregular due to presence of branches In all plant cells occur double membrane covered cell organelles called plastids some plastids possess photosynthetic pigments called chloroplasts...
subgroups of plantae kingdom which don't have well differentiated body design is Thallophta ( algae)..
