Absolutely, Hydrogen peroxide (H2O20), can act as both Oxidizing agent and reducing agent depending on the condition of the reaction. The following chemical equations shows two different reaction of H2O2 : H2O2 + 2I^- + 2H^+→ I2 + 2H2O. 5 H2O2 + 2Mno4^- +6H^+ → 2Mn^2+ + 8H2O + 5O2.
