Cereals is a grain , or a breakfast food made from roasted grains and it is usually eaten with milk.
For example:- Wheat, rice etc.
Pulses are the type of leguminous crop that are harvested solely for the dry seed.
For example:- Dry beans etc.
● They are rich in carbohydrate and they are grown in large quantity.
●For example:- Rice, barley, wheat etc. (they are rich in Carbohydrate).
●They are rich in proteins and they grown in smaller quantity.
●For example:- Beans, Grams etc. (they are rich in proteins).
