3. Power means position which is usually controlled by higher post.
4. Power pushes people to do the work and it does't focus on the emotion that is related to it.
5. Power is mainly driven by boss or teacher.

Influence-

1. It defines the ability to create beliefs and actions without forcing them.
2. Influence acts like a magic and it contain emotion.
3. influence is personal acts upon the particular person who is perceiving the influence.
4. Influence changes the belief of a person.
5. Position and authority  is not required for influence.
