Two good inspirations that I get from my grandfather are:-

1. If we eat healthy food and do exercise regularly, we will stay fit and fine forever. He used to eat healthy food and exercise regularly so he never suffered from any type of disease.

2. Respect people of all religions and castes. In his eyes all humans were equal..He used to help the discriminated people and used to stand up for them. As a result, he was beloved by many people.
