There are three isotopes of Carbon
carbon 12(atomic number 6 and mass number 12)
carbon 13( atomic number 6 and mass number 13)
carbon 14(atomic number 6 and mass number 14)
so for all the isotopes the number of protons is same 6
while for carbon 12 neutrons is 6, for carbon 13 it is 7 and for carbon 14 it is 8.
