2)If the person lives in a Rural area and if investment is made in he/her she will be more productive and start earning higher levels of income then the parents of the other children of the village will also want a brighter future for their children and will make investment in their children too the literacy rate will increase the liabilty of people in government will decrease thus resulting in growth of GDP of the country
