a becterial cell unlike the cell of eukaryotic organism ( animal cell) lacks discreate chromosomes and neuvlear membrane.while eukaryotes have nucleus in the nuclear membrane.
2. the nuclear material or DNA in bacterial cell occupies a position near the center of cell.
3. bacteria has single chromosome so are haploid while eukaryotes are diploid they have pair of chromosomes.
i hope it will help you.stay blessed☺
