It is a heterogeneous mixture in which the size of the solute particles is between 1 nm (10-9 m) to 100 nm.
Components : Dispersed phase, dispersion medium. The particles shows tyndall effect as the size of particles is quite big.

Answer:

Two properties of colloidal solutions are:-

1) Colloidal solutions shows Tyndall effect or Brownian movement.

2) Particles of colloidal solution do not settle due to gravity but they may settle due to Centrifugation.

Dispersed phase and Dispersion medium are the two components of colloidal solution.
