Given:

quotient is   \frac{x-2}{x+4}

Find two rational expressions

So for rational expression, first multiply the given expression by 2

\frac{(x - 2)\times 2}{(x + 4)\times 2}\\\\=\frac{2x - 4}{2x +8}

Now multiply the given expression by 3

\frac{(x -2)\times 3}{(x+4)\times3}\\\\=\frac{3x -6}{3x+ 12}

So we get two rational expressions

Hence \frac{2x-4}{2x+8} and \frac{3x -6}{3x+ 12} two rational expressions whose quotient is x-2/x+4
