put the value of x and y in equation

5×(2)+3×(-6)+8=0

10+(-18)+8=0

10-18+8=0

(ii) x = -4 , y = 4

put the value of x and y in equation

5×(-4)+3×(4)+8=0

-20+12+8=0

-20+20=0

0=0
