We can do a lot of things to keep ourself fit and healthy.
⭐Drinking enough amount of water to stay hydrated and avoid caffeine.
⭐Daily 30 minutes exercise or yoga
⭐Walk or jog may also help.
⭐Taking adequate amount of fruits and vegetables in diet.
⭐Living a stress-free and debt free life.
⭐Having positive and happy nature.
⭐Try to limit oily and sugary food intake .
⭐Daily multivitamin/ vitamins in form of food .
⭐ Proper amount of protein and calcium in diet .
⭐Taking a brisk walk daily and try to keep our calories according to our lifestyle
⭐In last . avoid sedentary lifestyle .
