write why the wind action is strong in the deserts
Answers
hey...........
here is ur answer
When deflation occurs in barren areas, it can cause most or all of the loose sediment to be removed and dispersed. This process often lowers the land surface a great deal. This can create a blowout, which is a depression on the land surface caused by wind erosion. Blowouts often look like craters in the sand.
The wind action is strong in the deserts, because -
• The temperature of the desert regions changes very quickly on the basis of day and night. The temperature rises in the day time and decreases in the night time. This quick temperature change helps the rapidly occuring convection process of the air currents.
• The desert regions have less amount of vegetation and other geographical components. This emptiness of the desert regions also help into the fast travelling of the air currents without any problems of the surface obstructions.
And many more.
