2. As name suggests mammals have mammary gland for breastfeeding to newborn which is absent in amphibians.

3. Development of mammals are direct that means there is no larval stage but that of amphibians are indirect i.e. They have larval stage which transfers in to adult. Ex- Tadpole larva of frog.
