My first experience of bursting crackers during Diwali

Diwali is the Festival of Light but unfortunately we have changed it into a festive cacophony of sound. Last year the bursting of crackers was so severe that that it culminated far over the permissible decibels. Also Delhi, Kolkata marked the highest rise in air pollution.

I love Diwali but bursting crackers is not my forte. I rather burst balloons which is safe and pollution free. With the current level of pollutants saturating the atmosphere bursting crackers is not a responsible experience. If we do not abstain ourselves from bursting crackers soon we will have no pure air to breathe. Global warming has already taken its toll if we want to live long we have to stop bursting crackers.
