The above mentioned statement is true. The laws that has been made should be implemented properly for the smooth development of the society and nation. My opinions regarding the statement are :

1) Without the implementation of law, the law would be only mentioned in the book.

2) Awareness programmes should be launched for the implementation.

3) The visionary leaders should be elected for making good laws.

4) The people should be awared about the advantages of the implementation.
