It is co curriculum of the school and students are bind to take part in it.It was subject in school to study and learn.
Physical exercises are the normal routine exercise which makes the one physical fit helps the one to keep fit and active. It can be done with your willingness. for example ,running ,skipping and sports are the physical exercises.
