There is no such thing as a doctor being better than a farmer, each profession has its own dignity and contribution to society, I have heard some farmers have contributed to the future of society at a much more beneficial ways then any doctor can ever think of, and vice-versa. Society needs all different professionals to function in an efficient manner.
If you are hungry, you need a farmer.
If you are sick, you need a doctor.
If you want a bridge built, you need a civil engineer.
If you want a 9 tier wedding cake, you need a pastry chef/baker.
If you need a left handed electric toothbrush with bright red enamel racing stripes, you need an electric toothbrush maker who is capable of flipping his pattern around and has a jar of paint.
Society would be lessened without any of them.
All of these “is X better than Y” posts are incredibly silly and need to stop.
