Sir,
Through the column of your esteemed newspaper ,i would like to draw your attention on the topic cited above.As we all know "a Healthy soul only resides inside a healthy body". The matter of living a healthy life has become an important issue in perspective todays hectic schedule.Yoga is a way to recharge and energise oneself , whole mentally & physically.
If it is performed with proper guidance , It can Be very beneficial.And the best level to ensure this is teaching yoga at schools.This is because schools are the units of society.

I hope the school authorities will consider this & make yoga compulsory at every school.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Himanshu, an avid reader of your newspaper. I have noticed that you present a really big issue in a convincing way. Therefore today I am seeking your help.
I would like to draw your precious concern on the introduction to yoga in schools. Yoga is Indian culture which is good for physical as well as mental health. Even it gives as a peace which the busy world or the gym coyld not give. If we teach the young generation about yoga, it will spread in the coming years.
I request you to give my issue a corner in your newspaper. I will be highly obliged if you do so.
