Answer:
Hey! Here is your answer with examples, mate!!
Divisibility Rule
i) of 4 - If the last 2 digits of a particular number is divisible by 4, then the whole no. is divisible by 4.
eg 1: 1357... in this no., we will 1st check if the last 2 digits i.e. 57, is divisible by 4... the answer will be 14.25.
Hence it is NOT FULLY DIVISIBLE by 4 and therefore 1357 is also not divisible by 4
eg 2: 7532... here, the last 2 digits i.e. 32, is divisible by 4 and we get 8 as an answer. Hence 7532 is also divisible by 4.
ii) of 9 - If the sum of all the digits of a particular no. is divisible by 9, then the whole no. os divisible by 9.
eg 1: 4680... first of all, we will add all the digits, i.e. 4+6+8+0 = 18 and 18 is divisible by 9... (9×2=18). Therefore, 4680 is divisible by 9.
eg 2: 3579... here, after adding all the digits (3+5+7+9), we get 24, which is not divisible by 9. Therefore, 3579 is also not divisible by 9.
Hope this helps you!!
