Dear Sir,
I have the honour to state that my elder sister's marriage ceremony is going to be held on Monday, 27january 2021. As such, I will remain busy at home for necessary preparation and arrangement of the ceremony. So, I will not be able to come to college from 27th August to 30th January. For your kind information I would like to add that I am the eldest son of my parents and my father depends much on me in this regard.
I, therefore, earnestly pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to grant me three days' leave in advance with effect from 30 January I will be highly obliged for your act of kindness.
