Care for students: teaching is worth nothing without this. We wrote about learner-centredness proposing three levels. 1. Caring for students and their learning. Level 2: Student-centred pedagogy; course relevance. Level 3: Student-shared responsibility, developing students' sense of agency; power-sharing. This idea goes beyond individual characteristics of a teacher or personality to an approach to learning -teaching.
